The story
Design concept
Inspired by shadow and ornament, the design reveals and conceals in equal measure. The floral filigree appears suspended on the body before dissolving into layers of midnight tulle.
The making
Fabric & construction
Black beaded lace and tonal crystals are hand-applied to a nude illusion-tulle foundation. Strategic applique placement creates coverage, while layered black tulle godets build movement and depth through the train.
